The MCU’s Multiverse Saga will culminate in two new Avengers movies, and the true potential of Avengers: Secret Wars has been imagined thanks to a brilliant fan-made concept trailer. The Multiverse Saga is well underway and, just like the Infinity Saga, it’s climax will likely see a huge final battle. The main villain that the heroes will face has been confirmed to be Doctor Doom, but one more classic Marvel villain is also expected to make their debut. Marvel teased Galactus at 2024 D23 and though little is known about him in the MCU, this video shows the Multiverse Saga’s true potential.
YouTube channel CloudVision Productions posted a concept trailer for an epic fight between Thanos and Galactus. After getting the Reality Stone from the Dark Elves, Thanos makes his way to the planet TAA II to try and convince Galactus to hand over the Power Stone. Of course, Galactus won’t give up so easily, and the two fight. Thanos shifts them to a fake reality with the Reality Stone and though he is seemingly burned and defeated by Galactus, Thanos shifts back to the real reality where he is able to obtain the Power Stone.

Every MCU fan is well aware of Thanos and his capabilities. What makes him truly terrifying is his dedication to his mission, as he’s shown that he’ll do anything to obtain the Infinity Stones. CloudVision Productions’ concept trailer embodies that resolve perfectly, as Thanos is willing to confront a cosmic entity like Galactus. The concept trailer teases an exciting future for the MCU. Although Thanos’ MCU arc is done, Galactus has yet to make his debut and this trailer shows just how powerful and menacing Marvel will have to make him.
Galactus is an exciting villain because of his sheer power. Besides having the physiology of a God, his most important ability is his energy absorption where he absorbs the energy of planets and stars in order to sustain himself. From the moment Galactus first appears in the trailer looming over Thanos, his intimidating nature is immediately understood. Marvel’s official Galactus tease at D23 captured the same energy, as a large drone image of the villain loomed over fans. The studio knows what they have to do to make Galactus’ debut successful, and they’ll have no excuses considering what fans are capable of creating themselves.

Not only is the 3D animation extremely well-rendered, but both villains’ dialogues stay true to their characters. There’s an air of confidence in Thanos’ words, while Galactus is all about asserting his position. The concept trailer may as well be a scene that Marvel produced themselves, and now, the pressure is on the studio to do so.
