MCU fans are eager to uncover the Easter Eggs in Daredevil: Born Again’s latest episode, “The Hollow of His Hand.” It mainly focused on Hector Ayala’s trial, who was falsely arrested for killing a police officer on a subway. Fisk, who claims to be a new man, confronts old associates, who look forward to taking on his former title. Throughout the episode, subtle nods to the broader Marvel Cinematic Universe appear, offering intriguing connections to past storylines.

Here are all the Easter Eggs and Marvel references in the latest episode of Born Again:

During the trial, Matt Murdock reveals the identities of police officers saved by White Tiger. One name that particularly stands out is Officer Morales. It could be a subtle reference to Miles Morales’ father, NYPD officer Jefferson Morales.
After shooting two men, Devlin takes them to Red Hook Pier, which has previously appeared in Iron Fist and The Punisher.
In the bathroom, Powell harshly confronts Murdock, but the latter remains unfazed. At that time, a mural appeared with a Punisher logo with the written word “Triggered.”
At the dinner table, Vanessa reveals to Fist about Bacon’s Freud triptych appearing in the auction. Here, she is referencing the Irish painter Francis Bacon’s famous artwork, Three Studies of Lucian Freud, created in 1969.
An ad for Pingo Doce appears in the background. It was first introduced in The Incredible Hulk (2008). At that time, this soda got contaminated with Bruce Banner’s blood, which also led to a Stan Lee cameo.
Murdock is about to present a witness called Nicky Torres. However, a cop with a Punisher tattoo announces that he cannot testify.
White Tiger is killed by a man sporting a Punisher logo.
Hector’s words, “Putting on the suit is a calling…I didn’t choose it, it chose me” subtly alludes to Tupac Shakur’s famous quote, “I didn’t choose the thug life, the thug life chose me.”
After Hector Ayala is released, Matt and Heather share a bottle of O’Melveny’s, which he, Paige, and Foggy used to consume upon winning cases.
Hector’s premise in the series mirrors his Marvel comics storyline, where he was shot similarly after the trial.
