Spider-Boy And The Spider-Slap (Spider-Spoilers)

Posted in: Comics, Comics Publishers, Current News, Marvel Comics, Spider-Man | Tagged: Bailey Briggs, dan slott, paco medina, Spider-Boy

Spider-Boy #11 by Dan Slott and Paco Medina is published from Marvel Comics tomorrow, as everyone remembers who iBailey Briggs is again.

Spider-Boy #11 reveals Peter Parker sharing extra-dimensional memories to reweave Bailey Briggs into the web of life.
Bailey Briggs’ mother, Tabitha, remembers her past in an emotional twist impacting Spider-Boy’s future.
Major confrontations loom as the entire Marvel Universe regains memories of Spider-Boy, sparking fresh conflicts.
New threats arise with villains’ offspring targeting Bailey in Spider-Boy #11, out tomorrow from Marvel Comics.

The solicitation for Spider-Boy #11 by Dan Slott and Paco Medina, out from Marvel Comics tomorrow, says “Since the events of last issue, when (REDACTED) happened, SPIDER-BOY’S life has been forever changed!” Well, we didn’t mention it then, for fear of the wrath of Slott, but it saw Peter Parker giving him his extra-dimensional memories of a life lived with Uncle Ben, to reweave Spider-Boy back into the web of life. Yes, Madame Web was part of it, look, Marvel really thought she might be a bigger deal by now.

And yes, Bailey Briggs wants to call his mother, Tabitha Briggs, who had previously given him this heartbreaking scene…

And even when she was restored to her human self…

…but now, in tomorrow’s Spider-Boy #11, she remembers everything. Which can mean only one thing for Bailey Briggs.

…and can mean only one thing for Peter Parker, Spider-Man.

Take that Spider-Boy’s name out of your mouth! It’s a real Will Smith special there… though I don’t think Bailey Briggs is getting off entirely scott-free, just because all the memories are now coming flooding back for the entire Marvel Universe.

And it is also possible that Bailey Briggs might not want everyone who previously knew him in the Marvel Universe to remember him. He had quite a few enemies. As does Spider-Man. And it turns out they might have kids of their own with an interest in pursuing the family legacy… Spider-Boy #11 by Dan Slott and Paco Medina is published tomorrow.
