Marvel Studios has released a trailer for “Marvel Studios: The Marvel Cinematic Universe: An Official Timeline” – a new coffee table book that serves as an official guide to the MCU timeline.
Marvel Studios production & development executive Brad Winderbaum says the book is “the first time we’re officially laying out the timeline.”
The 344-page work is being co-written by authors and journalists Anthony Breznican, Rebecca Theodore-Vachon, and Amy Ratcliffe. It aims to deconstruct “every moment” from the 15-year history of the MCU and covers everything from the first film with 2008’s “Iron Man,” to the upcoming second season of the Disney+ series “Loki”.
The book aims to be the “go-to resource for fans and filmmakers who are hoping to connect the dots and truly understand the web of interconnections between the different Marvel Studios movies and streaming series.”
Theodore-Vachon says: “There’s a lot of story in the MCU. It’s very complex, very interconnected. We covered so many storylines, so many characters, so many different worlds. This book has everything.”
The book contains exclusive infographics, timelines, and stills. It is available for pre-order, and will release on October 24th.
