Marvel has revealed a first look at the X-Men ’97 prequel comic showing the iconic mutants in action, along with a new costume for Storm.

X-Men ’97 #1 was created in collaboration with the showrunners and details what Storm, Jubilee, Wolverine and the rest of the ’90s X-Men team were up to before the return of the show. The X-Men ’97 prequel comic promises “startling revelations” that will lead up to the highly anticipated Disney+ series. Marvel’s first look at the prelude comic shows Magneto causing chaos in the city before the X-Men arrive to put a stop to him. Another page shows Cyclops and the team heading to the Danger Room before an argument breaks out with Wolverine. After more action breaks out, Storm reveals a new look to Jubilee — a white suit with gold jewelry, complete with lightning bolt earrings. X-Men ’97 #1 goes on sale March 27, a week after the television series debuts on Disney+
