Spoilers ahead for Moon Knight: Fist of Khonshu #6!The Avengers boast some of the most well-recognized superheroes, alongside a vast array of heroes who don’t always get the same spotlight as icons like Iron Man and The Hulk. However, Marvel is finally giving attention to a massively underrated Avengers icon: Tigra. The feline Avenger and her lore have been an important part of the Marvel Universe for decades, yet her story is often overlooked.

In a preview of Moon Knight: Fist of Khonshu #6 – written by Jed Mackay, with art by Domenico Carbone – after Moon Knight loses a fight to the kingpin Achilles Fairchild, who reveals himself to be an Asgardian, Tigra speaks to Konshu through Hunter’s Moon to ask where Marc is.

Greer was experimenting on and fighting crime as The Cat, but when Hydra attacked Dr. Tumolo, Greer was exposed to radiation while rescuing her. To save Greer, Dr. Tumolo reveals that she is part of the Ancient Cat People and bestows Greer with powers that transform her into Tigra, the champion of the Cat People.
