This means that his healing factor might be above Wolverine’s, as Wolverine can only heal from decapitation under very specific circumstances.

While this hasn’t been shown in the past, there’s no reason to assume that Silver Surfer is wrong in his statement. Most alarmingly, he can project his thoughts across the barrier of dimensions, allowing him to make contact with anyone across the Marvel Multiverse – yet another power that puts him in the rarified air of Marvel’s upper echelon.

It’s been stated that this is Loki’s most “soul-draining” ability, and he’s capable of transforming into virtually anything. He can even assume the shape of inanimate objects if he so desires. This ability is by far the biggest asset to his manipulations, and it’s a huge part of why Loki is such an absurdly dangerous character. Not only is he brilliant at manipulating someone’s thoughts and actions, but he can also approach someone under the guise of anyone he wants.

While Loki doesn’t get to show off his power as much these days, it’s important to remember what he’s truly capable of. After all, the very first Avengers villain was none other than Loki. While Loki often faces off against his brother, he does have the power to take on the entire Avengers team, and he has in the past. Loki’s mastery of magic makes him a difficult and tricky opponent who can attack from any angle and often leaves his opponents too confused to fight back.
