Marvel Comics is diving into the world of the Fantastic Four in a big way in 2025, thanks to the release of The Fantastic Four: First Steps on July 25. And in anticipation of that, they’ve announced a four-issue miniseries uniting some comic book superstars for tales from the FF’s past: Fantastic Four Fanfare.

Featuring stories by Jonathan Hickman, Mark Waid, Dan Slott, Alan Davis, J. Michael Straczynski, Chip Zdarsky, Mike Allred, Mark Bagley and more, each of the four issues will spotlight a different team member with stories from throughout Marvel history.

In the first issue, you’ll get: a story of a prank war between the Human Torch and The Thing, from Mark Waid and Ramon Rosanas; a story that sends the team underground from Alan Davis; and a story above-ground with the Mole Man interrupting Johnny Storm’s reality TV role from Andrew Wheeler and Sara Pichelli.

You can check out the cover, below. Fantastic Four Fanfare #1 hits stores on May 7.
