Marvel Unlimited has extended the Deadpool franchise further not just into Dogpool but also into Mousepool and Catpool.

Marvel Comics’ digital streaming service Marvel Unlimited has extended the Deadpool franchise further not just into Dogpool but also into Mousepool and Catpool. Also a Dogpool Team-Up, all written by MacKenzie Cadenhead and drawn by Enid Balám.

MacKenzie Cadenhead was a Marvel Comics editor-turned-writer of children’s books. At Marvel, she developed new content for young and teen readers, including the all-ages Marvel Adventures line, Spider-Man Loves Mary Jane, Spellbinders, and the original Runaways. She then pivoted to writing children’s books, including her middle-grade novel, Sally’s Bones, and young adult novel, Sleeper. She also wrote very young kids’ books for Disney with Marvel characters, bizarrely including Venom, as well as the Marvel Mutts comics series,

The Dogpool and Dogpool spinoffs are to be part of Marvel’s new Friday Funnies series on Marvel Unlimited. “Catpool and Mousepool are instant classics! They’re truly twisted creations,” Editor Mark Paniccia is quoted as saying in a press release. “It’s like MacKenzie and Enid went into Deadpool’s head and came back channelling Wade Wilson’s deranged humour. These characters will have you grinning from cheek to cheek.”
