Yesterday, Bleeding Cool told readers of Marvel Comics’ Blood Hunt event series that they might want to pick up the Black Panther: Blood Hunt three-issue mini-series that spins off from the main event, even though it looked rather tangential, looking at the history of vampirism in Wakanda. And that it may be more important that casual readers may have caught up on.
Well, it seems that the same may be true of the Strange Academy: Blood Hunt three-issue mini-series that spins off from the main event, even though it also looked rather tangential, dealing with the students of the Strange Academy, with a new vampire among their midst, and hunting down the living embodiment of the Darkhold grimoire as a kid, living with Agatha Harkness. Initially, to try and get the Grimoire for Doctor Strange to kill all the vampires… and then stopping Doctor Strange from getting him, to protect their classmate.
And now, it seems, also having a major impact on the main Blood Hunt story… maybe it’s worth picking up for that?
