Aliens vs. Avengers is coming to comic book stores on July 24, 2024! After releasing Predator vs. Wolverine last year, it was only a matter of time before Marvel paired up Aliens with one of their other Marvel properties. The Aliens vs. Avengers comic series is written by Jonathan Hickman and artist Esad Ribic.
The team previously worked on the Secret Wars event comic. Ribic previously did the art for the recent Eternals comic while Hickman has written numerous Marvel titles including various Avengers and X-Men comics.
The article doesn’t give much in the way of story details except that Aliens have made their way to Earth at some point in the future and meet a planet full of superheroes. You can read the full article on EW.com who has also provided the comic cover for Aliens vs. Avengers. It features Iron Man, Captain America and Captain Marvel with a Xenomorph overlooking them. The font on the cover seems to be based on the Weyland-Yutani logo.

Over the course of the Alien franchise, the fearsome creatures known as Xenomorphs have encountered — and eviscerated — all types of enemies, including workers, soldiers, prisoners, scientists, and even Predators. But this summer, they’ll reach a new level when they come face to face with superheroes.
Now that Disney owns the rights to both Marvel and Alien (the latter stemming from the studio’s 2019 acquisition of Fox assets), Entertainment Weekly can exclusively report that these two franchises are colliding in the crossover comic Aliens vs. Avengers, from writer Jonathan Hickman and artist Esad Ribic.
The first issue of Marvel’s Aliens vs. Avengers goes on sale July 24th, just before Alien: Romulus is released.
